Brief
Collaboration & Project Coordination
Working closely with the architect, builders, and clients throughout all stages of the project. This includes coordinating design intent with architectural plans, construction timelines, and technical requirements.
Design Development
- Full interior design concept for the entire house.
- Development of detailed colour schemes and finishes.
- Spatial planning and layout coordination in line with architectural drawings.
- Integration of lighting, joinery, and architectural details.
- Joinery Design
- Kitchen design, including layout, finishes, cabinetry.
- Design of seven bathrooms, including sanitaryware, tiling, lighting, and bespoke detailing.
- Flooring selection and specification throughout the house, ensuring continuity and practicality.
- Furniture specification and procurement, including sourcing, ordering, and delivery coordination.
- Design and commissioning of bespoke upholstery pieces.
- Selection and design of curtains and window treatments, including fabrics, headings, and installation.
Site Involvement
- Regular attendance at site meetings to review progress and address design queries
- Liaison with contractors and trades to ensure design accuracy.
- On-site problem-solving and adjustments as required.
